Check Before You Buy

• Release system: This kit suits external fork + mechanical bearing systems. If your car uses a CSC (concentric slave), choose a CSC kit instead.
• Fork details: Match fork shape/length, pivot type (ball/pin), and clip style to your OE part.
• Disc diameter & spline count: confirm outer diameter and input-shaft splines.
• Flywheel type: Dual-Mass (DMF) vs Solid (SMF) — match OE unless using a conversion kit.
• Verify by VIN/registration and LuK/OE part numbers for guaranteed fit.

When to Replace

• Slip under load (rising RPM without matching acceleration)
• Judder or harsh engagement from standstill
• Heavy/inconsistent pedal, noisy release bearing, or worn/creaking fork
• Difficulty selecting gears (after ruling out hydraulic/linkage issues)

Installation Notes

• Inspect flywheel (run-out, heat spots, DMF freeplay) and replace if out of spec
• Clean friction surfaces; do not contaminate linings with grease/oil
• Use an alignment tool; tighten cover bolts evenly in a criss-cross pattern to OE torque
• Lightly lubricate fork pivot and guide points with OE-approved grease; fit new retaining clips if required
• Check crank and gearbox seals; renew if leaking. Verify pedal travel and clutch switch function
