    The LuK 2-Piece Clutch Kit is an OE-quality replacement designed to restore smooth engagement, a consistent pedal feel and reliable torque transfer. Each kit is matched to your vehicle’s original specifications for dependable, long-term performance.

    • Pressure Plate (Cover)
    • Clutch Friction Disc (rigid or sprung hub according to OE design)

    Not Included (Check Your Application)

    • Release Bearing / Concentric Slave Cylinder (CSC)
    • Flywheel (DMF or SMF), bolts and alignment tool
    • Hydraulic lines, master cylinder, guide sleeve

    Check Before You Buy

    • Flywheel type: Dual-Mass Flywheel (DMF) vs. Solid (SMF) — match your OE system unless using a conversion kit
    • Disc diameter & spline count: confirm outer diameter and input-shaft splines
    • Release system: mechanical bearing vs. hydraulic CSC (sold separately if required)
    • Engine/gearbox code & build date: some models change spec mid-production
    • Verify by VIN/registration and LuK/OE part numbers for guaranteed fit

    When to Replace

    • Slip under load (rising RPM without matching acceleration)
    • Judder or harsh engagement from standstill
    • Heavy or inconsistent pedal feel
    • Difficulty selecting gears (after ruling out hydraulic/linkage issues)

    Installation Notes

    • Inspect the flywheel (run-out, heat spots, DMF freeplay) and replace if out of spec
    • Clean friction surfaces only with approved brake/clutch cleaner — do not contaminate the linings
    • Use an alignment tool; tighten cover bolts evenly in a criss-cross pattern to OE torque
    • If required for your vehicle, replace the release bearing/CSC at the same time (sold separately)
    • Check crank and gearbox seals; renew if leaking

    Warranty: LuK clutch kits are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty when supplied via authorised distributors. Warranty validity may require proof of correct installation and that related components (flywheel, hydraulics) are within specification.

    Brake Discs: Most standard brake discs are priced individually, but for safety reasons, they must be purchased in pairs. When required, we will automatically set the quantity to 2 in your basket.
    Brake Pads: These are sold as a set (either front or rear), so one box is enough for two discs.
