The Solid Flywheel Kit is an OE designed solution to the DMF problem. The worn Dual Mass Flywheel and associated kit are replaced by a traditional solid flywheel and clutch kit. Advanced vibration damper technology (called long travel damper) has made this possible by creating a torsional movement of up to 40º and therefore compatible with the DMF technology that at that time had approximately 45
